These Terms & Conditions govern your use of theglowbro.co.za and any purchase you make from The GlowBro. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Delivery Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy.

What we sell

The GlowBro sells high-heat reflective caliper vinyl kits for vehicles, in three colours (blue, red and yellow). The vinyl is reflective — it shines brightly when light hits it — and is not glow-in-the-dark. Each kit contains four reflective vinyl sheets with fitting instructions, to be cut and applied to your brake calipers as guided. Products are sold to customers in South Africa only.

This website is operated by a sole proprietor based in South Africa, trading as The GlowBro. The GlowBro is not a registered company or close corporation.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is calculated separately and added to your total before payment. Payment may be made by Visa or Mastercard credit or cheque card, or by the other methods offered on the Payfast checkout page. The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa, and the transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Card acquiring and security

Card transactions are acquired for The GlowBro via Payfast (Network International), the approved payment gateway for South African acquiring banks. Payfast uses strict encryption and no card details are entered into or stored on our website — you enter them directly on Payfast's secure payment page. Customer details separate from card details

Your customer details (such as name, contact number and delivery address) are handled by The GlowBro separately from your card details, which are entered only on Payfast's secure site. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your personal information under POPIA.

Delivery

We deliver across South Africa via The Courier Guy. Delivery costs are quoted live at checkout and added to your total before you pay. Full details, including dispatch times, are set out in our Delivery Policy.

Returns and refunds

Because you buy online, you have a 7-day cooling-off right, and separate rights if goods arrive faulty. Full details, including how to request a return and how refunds are paid, are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Our responsibility

The GlowBro takes responsibility for all aspects relating to your transaction, including the sale of the goods on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution, and delivery of goods.

Country of domicile and governing law

This website and any sale made through it are governed by the laws of South Africa. Legal notices may be sent to The GlowBro at the email address listed under "Contact details" above.

Changes to these terms

The GlowBro may change these Terms & Conditions, or any part of them, at any time. The current version will always appear on this page with the date shown above, and applies to any order placed after it is posted.
