This policy explains where we deliver, how long it takes, and what it costs. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in South Africa only, nationwide.

How we deliver

All orders are shipped with The Courier Guy. When you check out, you enter your delivery address and get a live delivery price, then choose your option. The delivery cost is added to your order total so you see the full amount before you pay. If the live rates tool is temporarily unavailable, you can enter a delivery price manually as guided at checkout.

Delivery cost

Delivery is charged in addition to the product price. The exact amount is calculated live at checkout based on your address and chosen service, and is shown to you before payment. There are no hidden delivery fees added after you pay.

Dispatch and delivery time

We aim to dispatch your order within 2–3 business days of receiving confirmed payment. Once collected by The Courier Guy, delivery typically takes a further 1–4 business days depending on your location, with outlying areas sometimes taking a little longer. You will receive tracking details so you can follow your parcel.

In line with South African law (Section 46 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act), we will deliver your order within 30 days of receiving it, unless we have agreed a different time with you. If for any reason we cannot deliver within this period, we will contact you and you may choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.

If an item is unavailable

All products are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply an item you have paid for, we will notify you and refund you in full within 30 days of that notification.

Incorrect address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us or delayed because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge the re-delivery cost before sending it again.
