We want you to be happy with your kit. This policy sets out your rights when you buy online and how to return an item or get a refund. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions, and gives you at least the protection required by South African law (the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act and the Consumer Protection Act).

Your 7-day cooling-off right

Because you buy from us online, you may cancel your order and return it within 7 days of receiving it, for any reason, and get a refund of what you paid for the product. To qualify, the kit must be unused and in its original packaging and condition. You cover the cost of returning the item to us; we refund the product price once we receive it back in good order. (This is your cooling-off right under Section 44 of the ECT Act.)

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your kit arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, contact us within a reasonable time and we'll put it right. For goods that are defective or not of good quality, you may choose a repair, replacement or refund within 6 months of delivery, at no cost to you — we cover the return shipping in these cases. (This reflects your rights under Sections 55 and 56 of the Consumer Protection Act.)

It helps if you can email us a photo of the issue along with your order number.

If we can't supply your order

All products are subject to availability. If we can't supply an item you've paid for, we'll let you know and refund you in full within 30 days.

What isn't covered

The cooling-off right applies to unused kits in original condition. It doesn't cover vinyl that has been cut, applied, fitted, or otherwise used, since it can't be resold — unless the product was faulty. Please check that a kit is right for you before applying it. Our fitting guidance and FAQ are there to help.

How to request a return or refund

• Email sales@theglowbro.co.za with your order number and what you'd like to do (cooling-off return, or report a fault).
• We'll reply with the return address and simple instructions.
• Pack the item securely (in its original packaging for cooling-off returns) and send it back.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are paid back through Payfast to the same method you paid with. Once we've approved your refund, please allow a few business days for it to reflect, depending on your bank.
