When you place an order we collect only what we need to fulfil it:

• Delivery address and chosen delivery method

We do not collect or store your card or banking details. All payments are processed on Payfast's own secure pages — your card information is entered directly with Payfast and never passes through or is stored by our website.

• To process and deliver your order
• To arrange courier delivery with The Courier Guy
• To contact you about your order
• To meet our legal and tax obligations

Who we share it with

We share your information only with the service providers needed to complete your order:

• Payfast (Network International) — to process your payment securely.
• The Courier Guy — to deliver your parcel (name, address, contact number).
• Cloudflare — our website host and security provider.

We never sell your personal information, and we don't share it for marketing by anyone else.

How we protect it

Our site runs over encrypted HTTPS and sits behind Cloudflare's security protection. Payments are handled by Payfast, so we never see your card details. We keep the information we do hold only as long as needed to fulfil your order and meet legal requirements, then remove it.

Cookies and local storage

We don't use tracking or advertising cookies. Your device's local storage is used only to remember the items in your shopping cart while you browse. It stays on your device and clears when you empty your cart.

Your rights under POPIA

You have the right to ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to how we use it. To do any of these, email sales@theglowbro.co.za and we'll respond within a reasonable time. If you believe we've mishandled your information, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa (inforegulator.org.za).
